Christmas in Winter Hill by Melody Carlson | Review

Just in time for the holidays I had the opportunity to read Christmas in Winter Hill by Melody Carlson.  It is a shorter book than most I read, only 164 pages, but the storyline is good, and you will leave feeling pleased that good won.

In the book, Krista and her 8 year old daughter Emily move to a new town, right before Christmas.  Krista does not have good memories of Christmas having been raised in foster care, so when they arrive in Winter Hill and see the welcome sign that says "Home of Christmasville" she starts to question the wisdom of her move.  She is the new city manager and as such will be helping in the running of Christmas town.  Her daughter is extremely excited and is hoping for snow.  As Krista does her job, there are many misunderstanding between her and the people of the town. An enjoyable book that everyone is sure to like -  be sure to pick the book up to see what happens.
